After five years running property development programmes, Frédéric Wayenberg founded Cabinet Fiduciaire Wayenberg in 1996 in Montreuil, in a borrowed office, with three pieces of Ikea furniture and three clients to get started.
To offer the Paris address some clients seemed to want, we then moved our activities to the 8th arrondissement, into the basement of an estate agency, lent to us in return for building up another management portfolio. It was there that we hired for the first time, initially as a work-study student during his BTS, our property manager, Maximilien BRUNAUD, who, as you can see on the left, is still happy to come to work twenty years later:
We have been in our current premises since 2001, where our team gathers with the smile that comes from a happy profession.
Our field is rental property in all its forms, residential and commercial, in Paris and the surrounding region.
- Our business is the specialised profession of property administration, namely lettings, rent management and tenant search: a speciality in its own right, not a sideline to a building management or estate agency business.
However, should you decide to sell your rental portfolio, we have a large network of investors ready to make offers.
- Our services are inspired by the management of new-build programmes (off-plan pre-marketing, with a view to letting on the day of handover). We get quotes for any refurbishment work during the notice period, and market the re-letting before the property is vacated, using video and remote tools that comply with health protocols.
- Since our founding, which coincided with the rise of the web, our business has been designed as an information platform, sharing legal, tax and technical events in real time. Over the years we have added a fully web-based business architecture and a preference for paperless documents with electronic signature.
Our core business, our passion: none of this would matter if people were not at the heart of what we do.
